All Gold Star Driving School Instructors are very patient and driving with you at all times so there is no need to be nervous. All of our instructors hold the RTA driving instructors licence and are also undergo additional training when they start as an instructor with the company.
If you have never driven before we will start you in a quiet area with light traffic, gradually easing you into every different traffic stage; you will be well prepared for every stage. If at any time you don’t feel comfortable with a stage you and your instructor are working on, you will find that your instructor is easy to communicate with. Always express your concerns, your instructor will rectify them before the next stage.
Most people that have never driven before are nervous or scared of driving. It is natural that we are nervous when learning a new skill, remember we all felt the same way in the beginning. Our tuition program is designed in stages to look after your confidence and help you develop into a safe and competent driver. Once you obtain your P1 Licence you will begin to feel the sense of freedom and independence that driving can bring. You will look back and laugh at how nervous you were.
